We undertook this large scale flat roofing contract for a local business in Bury St Edmunds. We stripped back over 400m² of the original roof around multiple skylight and vent pipe details to expose the concrete deck beneath. We then sealed and torched on a high performance bitumen felt system comprising of 2 layers of 2mm sanded underlay and a top layer of 4mm capping sheet in Charcoal.
